Teej Lives with her husband of forty-two years in Northwest Indiana. She has three children and five grandchildren.

After closing her salon and becoming a full-time stay-at-home grandma, so her daughter could return to school and finally get that degree she always wanted, she soon realized being a grandma wasn’t all about baking cookies and knitting sweaters, she found herself bored!

 Her sister came to her rescue gifting her a copy of Whitney My Love by Judith McNaught, she found herself completely scandalized by it and completely HOOKED! Needless to say, she spent her days and nights devouring one book after the other, reading every romance novel she could get her hands on. Eventually, after reading just about every romance novel out there, she decided to try her hand at writing her love stories.

Most of her education was in skincare, hair and nails, so the transition to writing wasn’t easy. The ideas, plots, were endless, but putting them on paper was a different story. Finding the right words to describe her characters, their emotions, and the landscapes in her mind was a struggle. She spent countless hours living with a thesaurus, search engine and phone-a-friend as she worked on completing her first novel.
